People's verdict on Dua Mangi and Haris Fatah's incident: The Dark-side of the Society

Hello everyone,

I know I have been away for a long time, but the recent incidents that happened in Karachi have forced me to come back, write and create an impact on the change in our society which is moving towards a much darker side. I am aware that I am not that of an influencer but this is the least I can do to express myself and my grievances.

There are people who have talked on the abduction incident of Dua Mangi and Haris Fatah much better than what I can write. So, this article will be in the context of those influential talks and opinions.

But firstly, we should understand what exactly the case is. It was just a random night, around mid-night when Dua Mangi and Haris Fateh were coming home holding hands on the streets of DHA, Karachi. And suddenly a dark grey Civic stopped and tried to kidnap Dua while her friend Haris resisted and was shot in the neck and Dua was abducted. Couple of yards aways a Rikshaw driver heard gunshots and called the police. This is all that's fact and all other is just rumors or speculations.

After the incident, Dua's family registered an FIR complaint and turned to social media to get any sort of help and within a few hours, it became national news.

The worst part of the social media awareness was people started stalking both the young victims and drawing the conclusion to whether they deserve it or not. Here I am attaching the links of the people trying to restore humanity in Pakistani nation and disowning the people who are in support of kidnappers or making fun/memes on the incident.

Google's very new doodle has arrived, showing the cricket's biggest tournament World Cup 2015. In which 14 teams  from all over the world will play.

The World Cup 2015 is starting from tomorrow who's opening ceremony was held yesterday in Australia and Newzealand.

Sold Out: Nokia's Shareholders Approve the $7 Billion Microsoft Deal

That’s it. Nokia-Microsoft deal lives, and that too overwhelmingly. Around 99.7% of Nokia’s shareholders, who owned four-fifth of Nokia’s shares, voted for the sell-out of Nokia to Microsoft.

The deal worth $7.2 billion was offered last July and after it is sealed, current CEO Stephen Elop will be moving back to Microsoft, where he is already considered for the opened CEO slot.

Understandably, a bit of resistance came from Finnish shareholders who weren't as willing to see a brand which is an emblem of national pride go away to US.

Transition is likely to get completed by early 2014.

Overall, the stakeholders were happy with the hike in stock value they were going to get against the deal. Company’s share price has doubled since the plan was announced in early September.

After the completion of takeover, Nokia will continue to continue to remain as a company outside of Microsoft and will retain rights to its brand name and management.

However, for a period of 10 years, Nokia — as a brand name — will be licensed to Microsoft, which it will use for for Asha and other low-end phones.

Microsoft will use its own (yet to be decided) brand name for Smartphones.

After the deal is finalised, Microsoft will also be free to use and license any of Nokia’s patents. The Finnish company’s HERE and Solutions & Networks divisions will keep operating on their own in the future.

So finally, with the shareholders happy and willing, Nokia is all but ready to move to Redmond.

The new Lahore or the 'Europe' of Pakistan

After the PML-N Government came in Lahor in 2007, they made it a very modern and beautiful city, the 'Europe in Pakistan'.

Before 2007, Lahore was a city with very narrow roads, no good system of transportation and a very dense amount of traffic resulting in daily traffic jams. There was no respect for cleanliness and the whole city was somewhat like a disaster.

I will also be posting some screenshots which will make your experience even easier. Today, I will show you the rooting done by the software "Unlock Root". It is a free, easy to use one-click root software which can be downloaded from unlockroot.com.

How to root:

Requirements:

1. Make sure that you have the drivers of your phone installed on your PC.
2. You must have a data cable for your device and enable 'USB Debugging' mode on your device.

Rooting:

3. Download the Root Unlock Software from unlockroot.com.
4. Connect your Android Phone, Install and run the Unlock Root Software.
5. When the software opens, Click on the green root button, wait until your device model is displayed on the screen, then click the phone you want to root.
6. After 0.5-1 min, you will be prompted to install the powersaver app. Make your choice and after some seconds, you will be prompted to reboot your phone. Click on 'Yes' and when your phone restarts, it is successfully rooted with SuperSU installed!

Note: I have not tried this software on custom ROMS just stock roms.
